Insecurities is a book project I created to explore how a single, intimate format such as a “diary” can bring people closer by sharing their vulnerabilities. The book is rooted in data collection, capturing the personal insecurities of individuals and transforming these insights into a narrative. The book emphasizes the universality of human experience, turning private thoughts into a collective story that fosters connection, understanding, and empathy. The design seeks to create a space where readers can see themselves in the insecurities of others, bridging the gap between isolation and solidarity. The book cover is black because it is the end result of absorbing every color “insecurity” there is.
